Welcome to MumSpace – this is the place for mums participating in the MumSpace coaching program. MumSpace is primarily for mothers of preschoolers and primary school aged children. During these early years we become so BUSY with everything we need to do for our children we do not always put aside the time for ourself.
Some of the challenges I hear about include rediscovering who we are as a person, finding ‘me’ time, only ever talking baby talk, difficulties making the transition from working to motherhood, not finding time to exercise…and this list could go on.
The beauty of mumspace is that it is very lightly structured so you get to use the time discovering what it is that YOU need. Gatherings are held on the telephone so you can call in from the comfort of your own home. The maximum number of participants per group is 10 and you will be with the same group for the entire 10 week program.
This blog is intended for use by your groups and to provide a safe space to verbalise any thoughts you have. Use it to reflect and build upon what you have discovered and of course to inspire other mums around the world…because all mums deserve a little space
